Invoice Maker makes invoices, receipts and estimates for freelancers, shops and contractors. Save your customers and the products or services you sell once, then build a bill by picking them from a list. Every document is a genuine PDF with sharp, selectable text, in one of four templates (Classic, Modern, Minimal and Professional) with your logo, signature, brand colour and an optional PAID, UNPAID, DRAFT or COPY watermark. The totals engine handles per-line and whole-bill discounts, several named tax rates, tax-inclusive prices and 44 currencies, rounding the way an accountant would so the lines always add up. Record full or part payments and each invoice shows Paid, Partly paid, Unpaid or Overdue by itself, while the dashboard shows what you invoiced, how much has come in, and a six-month chart. An estimate becomes an invoice in one tap, and an invoice becomes a receipt. Your data stays on the device: the app has no internet access, and a backup file can be sent to WhatsApp, email or Drive in one tap and restored on a new tablet, logo and all. It speaks English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Urdu and Hindi, with right-to-left layouts, and has a wide layout with a side menu for tablets. One payment on the Amazon Appstore unlocks everything: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads.

What you need
- A Fire tablet, or any Android 7.0+ tablet or phone
- No internet connection needed at any point
Install
- 1.On Fire tablets, get it from the Amazon Appstore.
- 2.Open it and type your business name and currency, or skip and do it later in Settings.
How to use

Set up your business
Settings > Business profile holds your name, address, tax number and logo. Document design picks the template, colour, watermark and signature. Everything you set here goes on each new document.

Make an invoice
Tap Create document and choose Invoice, Receipt or Estimate. Choose a customer, then Add saved item or type a line. Preview saves it and shows the finished PDF.

Send it
From the preview, Share sends the PDF to email, WhatsApp or any other app, Print sends it to a printer, and Save PDF stores it in a folder you pick.

Get paid
Mark as paid records the full balance, or record a part payment from the document's menu. The status and the dashboard follow the money on their own.

Keep a backup
Settings > Backup & data > Share a backup sends one file with everything in it to WhatsApp, email or Drive. On a new tablet, Restore from a backup and pick that file.
Safety
